Complain is regarding delay in delivery of consignment.I have sent an envelope through first flight courier which was to be delivered in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand on 12th may,2014.the company claims to deliver the same within 72hrs but the consignment has not reached the destination till today. when I enquired about the delay in courier office , they told that the consignment has been misrouted to some other place and they didnt provided me with the specified date of delivery. CONSIGNMENT NO.-F991M0066718

Company should refund my money.
