Sir, For the Service Request No. is 1-15189895374,I have contacted nokia customer support 7 times ,but I am waiting for the assistance now even after 72 hrs.i got 1st missed call from nokia support centre at 5.33 pm on 3.6.14 and the 2 nd at 11.26 am on 4.6.14.As I was travelling, I was not able to pick the phone. So on 4.6.14 at 1.19pm,I contacted nokia support and asked them to call me in between 2 and 2.30 pm but nobody contacted me. Again I contacted nokia support at 2.58 and asked them to call me between 3 and 3.30,but nobody contacted me. Again I called nokia support, but the answer was they will call back with in 48 hrs.Today I got call at 1.57 ,but as I picked the phone ,it was disconnected. I think the nokia backend team is playing .All I want to know is that do nokia able to help me to get my phone repaired under warranty in any of the service centres or I have to approach consumer court for solving the issue?
