First Flight Courier – Goods not delivered

I sent a package containing coffee from Mumbai to Kochi on the 24th of July 2014 and it still hasn’t been delivered. The status on the website says ‘No Service Area’.The package was picked up by Mr. Bipin Upadhyay of the JP Road, Andheri West Trackon branch (Phone +91 8976181025, 022 45204262). The tracking number is 396587029.I have since called him several times. At first, he told me that the package was returned to the Mumbai head office from where he would collect it and send it to Kochi via Bluedart. The last time I spoke to him,he told me that the package has been lost. I emailed the head office and they said it isn’t lost and will be sent back to me. but now they have stopped responding and it has been over a month.

I am being harassed. I got the coffee specially from Germany on behalf of my friend. It is either lost or must be split by now. this reflects very badly on me. I can’t replace it as we don’t get it in India. I not only spent money on the courier service but I also suffered metal anguish because of them. My friend is still waiting for the coffee in Kerala and the person who sent it with me from Germany is very angry with me. Please help. The courier company is not bothered and has absolutely stopped replying. they blame each other and at times make it seem like it is my fault! More than the money I paid for the courier service, I am agonized by what they have put me through. they seem unapologetic and not concerned about the customer.
