I have Whirpool refrigerator MM double door. It was having cooling problem, so Whirlpool Engineer changed the FAN Motor. After Changing the FAN motor it is creating a lot of noise due to which me & My family cannot sleep properly. The noise is 4-5 times a day and apart from compressor sound. I have purchased AMC from Whirpool for this equipment.I complaint about this noise and whirpool service person has visited but he could not deal with the problem. Now whirlpool is not responding to my complaint. I’ve written e-mail to whirlpool CEO also, but he has not replied yet. Now I feel cheated by Whirlpool. There equipment is faulty and they are not serving as per AMC purchased by me. Please help me in this regards.

Whirpool service person replaced the different type of FAN motor which is not same in my equipment. This motor was fitting in the given slot so he has tempered the slot with knife. Which is now causing the problem.
