My courier – a greetings card was sent via First Flight Janakpuri collection center on 26 Sept. 2014 before 12 noon & was COMMITTED that the same would surely be delivered by 30 Sept. 2014 to the Kolkata address since the card was my anniversary card wishing my wife !! My consignment number is > D991B2394363. Till date neither the same has been delivered neither any communication of apology – nothing.

Not only its a loss of my money, financially but also emotionally also I am completely devastated since I could not convey my wishes to my wife & also my wife thinks I have not sent any cards. Hence emotionally also I am completely drained apart from financial loss.
