I have booked one consignment for MRF limited meerut (UP) with consignment no 1131469784 on 30.12.2013 from the dealer of nagda tehsil of ujjain district. As i have to deliver this ASAP, so agent asked me to do it by their fast service for which he charged Rs. 400 for booking and sai that they will book it via overnite express and assured me to deliver it max till 02.01.2014 at meerut. but the7y did’t deliver till 02.01.14 and on calling him he said we can’t deliver it to consignee till meerut and it lies in our delhi office or we will return back it to u or u collect it from delhi office. as it was urgent for us, so we said yes them to collect from delhi office. when we called the contact person for collecting it on 04.01.2014, he said to come on shop and before reaching us there he closed the shop at 11:30 am and switched off the mobile. and after calling them again and again on booking agent he spoke us very rudely and said i am not responsible i can’t give u back ur consignment, u can do whatever u want.
madhur courier services has to compensate for our mentally harrasment and finanacial charges which we has to bear on our own. speacially for our mental harasment.
