Hi, A shipment #P991B0113624 (FIRST FLIGHT Couriers) was booked on 30th September and was supposed to be delivered by 1st or 2nd October, but it was not delivered due to Holidays though 1st October was not a holiday and same reason was conveyed by Govind Bakawle (Hyderabad numbers were not reachable). After some more days I came to know from Hyderabad desk that shipment has been sent to Mumbai as no one was there at given address. And all this was done without reaching me even once on my Mobile # or the sender (My parents in Indore). And when I tried to highlight/ discuss the same with Govind Bakawle , he reverted back in a very rude manner, raised questions on my education and said that he is not responsible/reachable for these queries. This rude behavior will not be tolerated in any condition. Also the shipment is already delayed by 10 Days and First Flight did not provided any information on the delay and did not replied properly even after email them several times. I demand an action against Govind Bakawle,first flight, revert of my Courier package and a proper refund for the delay caused. Thanks, Simmerdeep Singh Infosys Hyderabad
