Hello, I’m Anol and I have a complaint against a courier company. I sent a package (Docket no.= E91400006133) from Sivasagar, Assam to Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh via First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd on 11th November 2014 which costed me Rs.130. The package was supposed to reach Jhansi in 3-5 days, but it still hasn’t delivered till date. The tracking details of the package isn’t updated and the company also didn’t reply my complaint forms. I talked to the local agent who booked the courier, he contacted Guwahati, Delhi and Jhansi branches and came to know that it reached Delhi on 14th Nov and Delhi branch said that they sent it to Jhansi and gave Jhansi’s email id. The local agent later informed me that Jhansi branch confirmed about receiving the package and promised to deliver it on 20th November. But the package is still not delivered and when I contacted the local agent about it now he says that after reaching Delhi on 14th they have no idea what happened to the package and still looking for it. The package contained an important “key” and the supposed receiver gave me a time limit till 16th Nov to deliver it otherwise I have to pay Rs.5000 to him. After knowing the scene he extended the limit to 20th and then again to 21st. But now he is fed up and believes that the package is lost and asking me to pay the amount before 24th November or else he’ll take action against me. Just because of the fault of the courier company now I’m facing the problem. Please help me locate my package and resolve the issue.

I don’t want to pay a single penny for the mistake committed by the courier company and want Rs.5000 that I have to pay the receiver as well as compensation for the harassment faced by me for last four days.
