My Courier airway bill no. “B991Q1232984” has been collected by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd on 9th November,2013 which is not delivered to me yet (i.e. 2nd of Dec,2013) . when I am calling to customer care there is no proper response ( your voice is not audible ) .
