On 22nd of October I intended to buy an Adidas track pant worth Rs 1319 order no OD101082127705055200 from flipcart. it was confirmed and the amount is debited from my ATM cum Debit card instantly. now on 28th of October they sent me two mails: “We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the Order OD101082127705055200. Please note that we have cancelled following items and initiated the refund” and “We’ve processed refund for the following item/s in your order OD101082127705055200.The amount of Rs. 1319.00 towards the order/item will be refunded to your bank account/card by Thursday, 06 Nov’14”. Now my first grievance is why did they debited the amount if they are unable to proceed, 2) Why they have failed to refund it till now, 3) Why is there so much delay in refunding and what about the interests of the money and most importantly 4) What about the harassment? Why will I not get my desired thing once after I have paid for that?
