I have purchased 1 No. “JBL Tempo In-the-ear J01W Headphone (White)” through online shopping M/s Flipkart on 21/11/2013 with one Year replacement warranty. I found it its wire broken on 10/01/2014 and approached to nearest service centre to replace the same. But they clearly denied to relace the same which a statment that they cant replace online purchased products. I have conveyed the same thing to Flip Kart on same day, but till now they are taking it very lightly and giving me E mail ID’s whenever i call them to resolve the issue. I have already wrote complaint 3 times and also enclosing the PDF file of E mails that i wrote to them. Please help in this matter
