i purchased lap tp (HP ) from southern computers ,thrissur . nearly 24000 INR. i am working in Sudan so I used lap top 3 months, then I find problem for charging , As there there is no service center in Sudan , I approached one repair shop who repair HP .They told me power socket to replace ,and in warranty period better approach the shop where purchased . then 3 months I not used lap top .On December 26 when i gone India ,approached the shop,they told me to give it t their service shop , nearly 2 km away. I gone there and gave to them . after 10 days they called me said no warranty available.nealy Rs 6000 to payJanuary 10th I called them ,still it was not ready. after much argument they gave me one old lap top to use as spare in emergency , January 11th I returned to SUdan . Now they says lap almost ready .but no warranty applicacable.So I can get it back whn I return the spare one ,when I go back to India, may within 3 months only.also I have to pay almost 6000, may be the will give some deduction ,not informed clearly . cost of lap top 24000, I used only 3 mnths ,now they ask 6000

I want it back free of charge . And reasonable relief for my struggles ,phone calls ,traveling,mal,internet charges, my time wasted,mental worries..
