Flipcart – Duplicate & Defective Item

Sir, My name is Anil Baloda,now working in govt. job (Chennai). I purchased a item(Wahl Pro Moser Trimmer,Order ID-OD30802030169) from Flipkart on 02 Aug 2013 after opening the consignment,item found defective. After this i complained to Flipkart regarding this defect but after 20-25 days continues complaint through mail and phone they agreed for replacement. Place is switched arond 35 Kms from my working place after this i reached there and talk about item, after view of item wahl pro pvt ltd personnel told that Flipkart supplied a duplicate item to you and this item didn’t belongs us.I was really frustrated because of a defective item found after a month duplicate that means this item is defective and duplicate but using a label of original Brand. This is very pathetic condition i have.I also online complained in nationalconsumerhelpline.in(user name-anilchoudhary1025 & Docket No. 276443735713) but no response. Please consider on my request and do needful.

Sir, If flipkart supplied defective item then there is no big problem but supplied of duplicate item will be not tolerate. I need compensation of wasted time and money.
