Hi, I have purchased two pieces of a product from Flipkart possessing the below details. The products are duplicate and not the original one. The duplicate products delivered are also damaged seriously and are not in working condition. The products delivered have the below complaints: i.Both the pieces ordered are duplicate and not genuine. ii.One of the products is physically damaged and not working. iii.The serial numbers on the products and the carton are no way related. They are slo not matching with the serial numbers provided on the invoice. iv.The invoice is duplicate with all incorrect details of supplier, address which are not verifiable. The supplier phone number is also not provided on the invoice. v.In this case we cannot even avail the warranty which the product comes with. vi.The flipkart customer care team is not responding to the complaint and are also faking the things inspite of we complaining several times. vii.The flipkart team is also not taking any responsibility of the duplicate pieces delivered by them and warned us of serious consequences if we complain to any authority. Also, they warned that neither the money will be refunded back nor the duplicate product delivered will be taken back. viii.We have heard from other too who have faced the same issue before. Please take appropriate action against Flipkart and ensure that this does not happen to others. Also, please see that we have lost our money and faith in Flipkart and do the needful in this transaction.
