I ordered for a T-shirt on 23rd October, 2013(Order Id: 168511). On the same day they sent me a Bluedart tracking ID (46366936545) saying my product has been dispatched. But when I inquired with Bluedart, they said that it is a wrong tracking ID. Also, I kept calling the customer care of Bewakoof.com and started emailing them, but they did not reply. For once, one person picked up my call today (28.10.2013) and said that the courier guy from Bluedart has lost my shipment.So he said that he will be placing a new order for the same. After I cancelled the call, they again sent me the same tracking ID which is wrong. And now I have been calling them again and again and no one is responding. I have already paid the money for the product from my account.
I want a refund along with compensation for the trouble they caused to me. I want them to pay me triple the amount of my T-shirt.
