Sir, I had ordered a 3 Burner glass top Gas stove through Shopclues.com on 17th Nov. 2013, order No.8599811, and for that paid Rs. 2250 after 10% discount (original price 2500). on 22nd, they delivered an entirely different product Silver Star gas stove worth Rs.1615 after 10% discount ( original price 1794) and also one of the corner’s of the glass top is a little damaged. On the same day itself, I had registered a complaint in this regard with shopclues (complaint No. 569808). They are not yet ready to replace or refund the amount. I had made many phone calls and emails in this regard and they are still not responding appropriately.

Either replacement or refund
