I had ordered 3 items from Flipkart in single shopping cart. But Flipkart had spit my single order into two and charged 50Rs extra on the one item for shipping. [order IDs OD31203056817, OD31203046817] I had ordered 3 items so that the total amount goes beyond 500rs and I dont have to pay additional shipping charges. But Flipkart fraudulently split the order into 2 and forced me to pay additional shipping charge of rs. 50. When I contacted customer care, they said, since the items are from different seller, they have charged for shipping. But this is against consumer s as I expect I should have exempted the shipping charges as I am spending more than 500rs using flipkart.

I would like Flipkart to clearly notify customers if their orders are going to be spitted in more than one order and if they will be charged with Shipping charges, before customer submits the order. I also want Flipkart to return back my Rs 50.
