Flipcart – mobile be sold without authorized service center

Dear Support, I bought a MOTO G 16GB mobile through flip kart on 06/02/2014 from my friend flip kart account. My phone order id is #OD40206052959. A physical damage happened to the phone, took it to the near by service center provided in the bill copy. They refused to take the mobile and they said they are not authorized service center for Motorola. Went to another service center they said currently there is no sighed contract between Motorola for the physical damage. I am ready to pay for the service but no one is supporting in this topic. Talked continuously with Motorola and flip kart for the last 6 days but no use. How can a mobile be sold into the market without authorized service center support?

I need the phone to be serviced, if not the phone should be taken back. I don’t want to have a phone without service.
