On 29th december,2013 I have ordered A Samsung galaxy s duos mobile phone and a book of total amount 10255 and paid it by HDFC credit card from Flipkart bearing order id OD31229035992.They are updating that they have delivered my product on 2nd january 2014. But still I haven’t received it. I have complained them on 6th january bearing complain no. 140106015856 about this and they assured us that they will solve my problem by 9th january 2014. I am attaching you the snapshot of the order summary which I placed at flipkart.com

I want my product as soon as possible and fine the site so that they should be careful from the next time.
