This is very sad to say that my wife Birthday was last week and I ordered a Creative Inspire T3130 2.1 Multimedia Speakers from your website to surprise her and paid the amount immediately from my credit card. The date I ordered the product was 6th August 2013 and the tracking number for the same was WSRP0044474343. I am very unhappy to say that it has not been delivered yet (even after 14 days ) and the customer care executives got nothing to say but only on sentence that “ it has been delayed”…I don’t understand that why its been delayed???? And that too in Delhi (national capital) not in some village. If this e mail to you all won’t change anything too I will go to the consumer court and see that you people should pay for the same.

Also I need the compensation for the loss
