I had placed order for HP Pavilion Laptop. Order No OD40101084133. The laptop was defective and it was marked as Dead on Arrival by HP Team. The laptop was purchased when there was a discount on the product. Since the offer was over when the replacement had to be provided they refused to give the replacement. They forced me to accept cash instead of the product replacment. I was told that I would be paid Rs 2500 for the 3 years extended warrannty offer but that was also not goven to me nor was I informed about it. I called up the call center atleast 10+ times to even get my original money
