I have consulted the FLIPKART customer care person(13-Apr-14)before getting CICSO Router. They said if it is not supporting my system they will refund the money to my Bank account. But I am still trying to get the money refunded they are denying saying some reason or other. I am following it out for a month, they are just delaying and final said that the fault is no my side.

I want my money back which I spent, I want 5000 Rupees as the mental suffering and time which I spent for returning this product.
