This is regarding my purchase for mobile Samsung S3 Order No.:OD31017077812 which I have purchased in October 2013. I faced problem in touch while using it from last 1-2 wks so I went to Samsung service centre in Meerut,and explained the problem to executive but after checking the device Samsung service center refused to repair the phone as they are saying that the screen is not Samsung genuine touch and remarked as “”This is not the genuine product of Samsung (touch)”” in the service request log sheet. I explained them that I have ordered it from Flipkart in Oct 2013 and shown him the Bill but they refused to repair the device. So now I am really shocked by knowing that the device I received is refurbished and is not a new device.I purchased many product online but never expected this type of product from flipkart. I am attaching the copy for: 1. Service request log sheet from the Samsung service center.

I now whant my money back from Flipkart side after knowing that the Phone I received is refurbished.
