Product: YONGNUO RS-C3 Camera Remote Control Order ID: OD40101036235 Invoice No-MKOPL/DEL/RI/4040 dated 24/01/2014 I ordered one ‘YONGNUO RS-C3 Camera Remote Control’ for my canon DSLR camera on 01/01/2014 through ‘Flipkart’. But after receiving on 06/01/2014, I found that- 1] It is not fitting with my camera canon 600D 2] I paid Rs-1200(twelve hundred only) whereas the MRP printed on the pack was only Rs-600(six hundred ) 3] Item was scratched and seems to be used. So I initiated online request of ‘replacement with right material’ but surprisingly on 08/01/2014, I found that they arranged shipment of same product and immediately I cancelled the order and placed online refund request. When contacted with their customer care (twice prior to 15/01/2013), they assured that , product will be picked up by courier and refund will be arranged. But because of no action I sent mails on 15/01/2014 and 22/01/2014(Incident No-140115-013129) but they could not arranged neither pick up of nor refund. Still now there customer care is giving false commitment for refund/pick up. Even, they also stop replying the email
1] Please arrange refund of Rs-1200 immediately and pick up of material. 2] Give monetary compensation at least 10 times of order value for ‘metal harassment and also killing my valuable time’
