HI, need your suggestion or help if possible in any point, Have ordered for “Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” 26th day of April’15 on flipkat.com with exchange offer(old phone for RS3000) amount paid 7049(with shipping charges). Received product next day on 27th April’15, after installation of product charged it for 4 hours then used for next 3 hours (text,mails,applications) battery gave up this period of time. Defect in ear piece and also with speaker phone have no comparative sound even inside a car. used full charged phone by 9am till 1PM battery got drained , complained about same on flipkart site and received message in same regard that they have taken my request and some technical executive will assist me to resolve the problem over phone?? by 3.30 PM on 29th April’15, also, provided with a link on text message to download a application for online testing.

Need refund of my amount paid or if possible ready take back good product of same value with out any damage to its features as defined regards vishal kapoor 9953796xxx/9818532xxx
