I placed a order in flipkart.com on 16th june 2015. My order id is OD103133475975984500. i ordered three books and payed the sum from my flipkart wallet. then the payment was successful and the sum was debited from my account.i got a mail from flipkart regarding the confirmation of the order. today i saw that the order status is showing “payment not received”. I called flipkart and asked to make sure that i can receive the books. they registered a complaint but i just saw after some time that the sum has again been credited to my account. now, i had asked for the books. i bought that with an offer which has already been expired and the price of the books has increased to the double. the payment was made with flipkart wallet,which is flipkart’s own virtual payment wallet, and hence flipkart should take the responsibility of that. i called the customer care again but they just told that they can’t do anything regarding this. i have to reorder with the new price. but how can flipkart do that! i could have ordered it with a COD payment mode. but i used flipkart wallet and flipkart is betraying for that. the fault was not of mine, but i am suffering for that. In this situation, will Consumers’ Forum stand for my consumers’ right?
I want the books to be delivered. flipkart can debit my wallet again but i will not pay a rupee more than i paid then. I want to have the books at the same price of that time, i.e., INR for the three books.
