I didn’t receive the refund for an order which I cancelled on May 31, 2015. Myntra promised to refund my amount (Rs.1622.24) in 7-10 business days but it never happened till date. All replies were highly irresponsible. Myntra personnel asked me to prove that I didn’t receive the amount by sharing my bank statement.

Refund of Rs.1622.24 and an unconditional apology for all the hardships I went through in these days.
