I had ordered a data card from flipkart.com some two weeks back. The product was not as was mentioned on the website. Having a return policy, flipkart arranged a reverse pickup fr my data card and i was asked that “Your refund process has been initiated on 13th Jan and your refund will reflect in your bank account in 5 business days. Till now, i didn’t get my refund. Now, flipkart is sending me mails after every 3 days to wait fr more 3 days and when i called their helpline that asked me that i can go anywhere to complaint, they don’t bother. Please help me, and suggest me how can i sue the company and make other online shoppers aware and strong. MY order id is OD101689925811858800
