I have procured Motorola-G(2nd Generation) from www.flipkart.com Invoice no-BLR_WFLD20141000570639 Product sold to me is of inferior/defective quality. Following problems were faced by me for product. 1. Charger issue faced in Feb-2015. 2. In April-2015,some problem in motherboard of mobile. Same was repaired at Redington-authorized service center of Motorola. After repair post-checks were not done and after taking delivery of mobile(Post repair), it has been observed that SIM slot is not working. Again service center conveyed that they will repair, as on date repair status is unknown. Till now following problems were faced by me due to poor services of Redington. 1. Mobile taken by Redington on 04-04-2015, no standby provided looking at major problem in handset. 2. We got call from Redington on 08-04-2015 that mobile is ready, when we went for collection on 09-04-2015—service center said mobile is not repaired yet. 3. Again got call from redington on 10-04-2015 for readiness of handset, which was collected on 11-04-2015 by us. After collection it has been observed that (as mentioned above) SIM Slot is not working, which shows that service center doesn’t have Post-repair checking system. Due to above issues of product and service center I have lost my precious non-recoverable time. Also, I have suffered huge losses in my Job due to non-availability of mobile with me. Looking at above we are raising our claim under “Jago Grahak Jago”-A govt. of India portal for selling inferior/defective product.
Our claim shall be following. 1. Refund of total price of mobile. 2. Per day personal losses @ 2000 INR upto to the day when I receive refund of mobile price. Matter has been conveyed to flipkart/motorola but as on date except false commitment on resolution dates. We are waiting for confirmation of acceptance of above claim by Motorola/Flipkart/redington.
