Flipkart.com – Wrong defective product Received

Dear sir, I have ordered an mobile on 13th oct 2014 on flipkart.com. but till date I have not received my order but invoice is made by them already. Deadline date was 27th oct for de livery. Other problem is they have delivered an product which is not ordered by me and also it came in loose packing and as it was a COD order they have taken rs 20000 from me by telling it was order by me. Someone ( by email kishan_5320@yahoo.com) used my billing address and contact for shipment without informing me at all. Also after I asking the reason for order at my address they are not responding at all. Also I have not received an invoice copy of the product they delivered to me. This is a fraud case. I am very disappointed and worried by this incident. I want my money back. Please help me.

Not get my order till date which resulted into loss of important work and pendancy oF my work and results into monetary loss to me. Waste of time after regula follow up with flipkart on the issue. Disappointed
