I ordered a watch from Flipkart . But when i received the watch i found that the watch colors are a bit different from the picture shown. So i called the customer care and they said we don’t provide exchange or returns for high value products. Later i found that the watch has some technical issues too, so asked them to escalate my issue to their manager, the manager said that earlier you said you didn’t like the color, so we’ll not replace your watch. I requested them to replace the technically faulted watch with exactly the same watch to which Mr Uma Shanker, the manager replied that we won’t go get it corrected from company’s service center which is oxymoron to the 30 day replacement guarantee given on the website. They are not ready to replace because they don’t have same watch in the stock. So in a way their stock out is my problem.

Either refund or exchange.
