Flipkart claims refund of Product or Money in case of fault or defect if reported within 10 days. complain was raised to them against XOLO Q1000 Opus within 6 days of receiving. which was decline by their supplier, later mails were send to their Resolution@flipkart.com emailed, they are not responding on same and customer care only give assurance to get back in 24 Hr every time. since 21st June till date no response has been received asking refund under their 10 days refund policy.
