I have purchased the Dell Laptop bag in the month of July 14 vide order no OD40706141470 . I have made complaint on the above mentioned email id vied return Id no 6224232 but it has been rejected without providing any proper reason due to my schedule I was not able to takeup the matter again with them and the bag was kept kept at me untouched in as it is condition. You are requested to please look in the matter

From last 2 months I a not able to use the bag in-spite of paying the complete amount

Want the bag replaced with new on at the earliest
