Aug 16 2014 ,I booked a NEXUS 5-32 gigs from flipkart (Seller:ENET STUDIOZ ). After 8 day(1 day late delivery) I received my phone but as they say “Good things stay for shorter time”, my happiness did not even last for a month.It was getting switched off abruptly.I tried charging it for some time and switched it on. It got switched off again in another 15 minutes.I was left deaden ,After investing so much,I just could not take it. I sent a mail to flipkart regarding the issue.They asked me to show it to the nearest service center, But I wanted a replacement ,I was not ready to accept a defected piece.I was determined, I called flipkart customer support multiple times.But it did not work.Finally I took it to a service center in Bangalore.They said it had no warranty in India. It was an imported phone.I thunder bolted.After all the pain that i have been through to take this decision i could have bought it on any other store , but above all flipkart was known for it trust and they do this to me.I decided to sue flipkart,But in an hour i got a text from flipkart saying “Your refund has been initiated”. The next day a guy from flipkart collected the product and left me with an acknowledgement.I slept well that night after a long time. But the misery continued, There was no refund even after 10 days. I called them more than 20 times ,mailed the customer support ,But they never responded. They never replied to emails,disconnected the calls few times.I was able to connect to the floor supervisor twice who promised me to give compensation.Its more than 25 days now, I still did not receive my refund. They say it takes 7-8 business days..They denied to give compensation too.

I need my refund money as soon as possible and compensation for betraying me and playing with my feelings. Its really hard to digest the fact that I have spend so many months for saving 33,095/- Rs and when I finally bought the phone from flipKart, they does this to me. Now I have lost all my trust from any e-commerce site. And FlipKart is responsible for this. Please make sure justice is done to me. Regards, Ranjan
