I live in New Delhi.On 11th December 2014 I purchased a e-gift voucher from my account from flipkart.On 14th december 2014 when i was using that e-gift voucher i found that it has no balance.when i inquired from flipkart i came to know that someone else has used my e-gift voucher who lives in Andhra Pradesh.As the sole owner of the e-gift voucher i asked flipkart to cancel that order but they did’nt cancelled it.

1) loss of Rs500 2) flipkart leaked my pin to someone else without my permission.
