Flipkart – EMI request cancelled not receiving any response

Hi Team, I have purchased a Moto E handset on 17 June, 2014 with order no OD40617068342 through EMI mapped with HDFC credit card. From the last four moths (from July’14 toOct’14) i have paid my EMI of 629INR, however as per the HDFC bank their was no EMI opted by me as they don’t receive any EMI request query from Flipkart. So they ask me to pay the whole amount on 6999INR (excluding penalty) and also they have laps all the EMI paid by me previously. As I have already raise the case to Flipkart on 04th Nov’14 with Incident # 141104-026040, however not receiving any response from Flipkart so i have raised my concern with you.
