Ibought lg g pro e988 mobile phone costing 30,499 on 07/01/14,i put my phone on charging 25 days back than i noticed that phone is not charging.following this very next day i contacted with lg authorized service center which is mentioned above.they told me that phone will be only repaired if you pay,even your phone is in warranty or even there no damage from your side.estimation was 6 to 8 thousand
they are unable to explain what’s the problem with phone.only they are saying phone will be looked only if you pay money.my phone is still at there service centre from 25 days.wnenever i call to service centre about status of phone,they always say ‘call tommorrow’.now they are saying company will not repair the damage in free,u have to pay.this is totally mental hrassment,i bought such an expensive phone which is in waarranty period & there is no physical damage from my side still they want money to look such an expensive phone.even if i pay them to repair errors then so what’s the warrenty that product will run smoothly.i think lg is launching the mobiles whose life is not compatible for more than 8-9months & harassing customers financially & mentally by their service,attitude.
