I bought a bag online but the product was not as described. I request for a exchange but they are denying the same. In online purchase we buy product without seeing them physically so go by the description. In the product description, no where it was mentioned that its a Laptop bag and so I bought the same. When I received the item it hardly has any space

I want flipkart to exchange the product or may be issue some voucher worth that amount so as to enable me to make some different purchase
