Dear Sir / Mam, Yesterday I have booked mobile moto e (white color) with the flipkart offer big billion day with order id OD000944817029241100. I have screen shot and SMS from flipkart for the booking reference. Now I got SMS that flipkart cancelled my order without informing me. As well they refund my payments also. Now I have problem that I don’t want refund money.. I want mobile in same cost. Flipkart fails to satisfy customer and fails to complete promises which they given in offers. As per offer product once booked cannot be cancelled, then how can flipkart can cancel my product. I want my mobile in same cost. Thank you and warm regards, Rohan TOKEKAR
