I’d like to bring to your notice that Flipkart Online Shopping is forcing us to save our credit card with the company. However, in the terms and conditions of Shopping on the site the company doesn’t take any responsibility and thus this violates the Indian Consumer Protection Act.

In an era where consumers should be given choice, which is visible by the fact that even Government Run company like BSNL Gives an Option for Online Bill Payers a choice – Save your Credit Card or Pay without saving is as shown below in the screenshot.

Are Flipkart Product Managers so il-literate that they don’t know about giving shoppers a choice or they must have a vested interest to steal consumer data and sell in underground market. Screenshot from Flipkart is also shown.
