I ordered godrej air conditioner from flipkart on April 21st and got delivered on may 1st.From that day on wards I am requesting for installation and they delayed for one week. At last I got a call from godrej company for installation and they asked installation charges 1200/- ,but I bought that godrej AC in an offer from flipkart stating that install ion free for this AC. And I fought with flipkart about that install ion charges free as per their offer and they again postponed installation for inquiry about that offer. After making enquiry they said you pay the installation charges and send that receipt picture ,we will refund that amount to ur account and I agreed. They arranged installation on may 14th. They fixed indoor unit and while opening outdoor unit they noticed it was fully damaged. I immediately called customer care they told me they will replace and I demanded for refund and they accepted for refund ,their team will come and pickup the product after they uninstall the indoor unit. I agreed for that ,but they prolonged the issue another 10 days for pick using the product. I totally lost my trust on flipkart about refund and I decided to proceed legally in consumer court. Please kindly solve this issue sir
I request compensation for the harassment which flipkart showed me from last 25 days regarding installation and refund issues. I want compensation for degrading my name in front of my own family members. And importantly my mother suffered a lot health problem due to this summer
