Flipkart made Huge Advertisement about 25 & 26 may discount on online shopping, On that Day i had purchased online buy paying hole amount by using Debit card 8099, My product delivery date given 30th may, I m online tracking my shipment, But 29 they shown out of delivery area & call not reachable, but same day i received other order in my home by flipcart & delivery boy called 5-6 times to me, Without calling for my mobile delivery purpose they without my intimation order not delivered, Hence receiving material by hand i was reached in their pimpri office on 30 th May 3.00 PM but they refused to giving order to me, after that 3.45 PM they cancelled my order, I told them i m here as well as my delivery date is today then how material cancelled, after that they giving the same item to me, But my amount not refunded yet in bank as well as with me don’t having money but without cash they not giving order to me, i had taken loan by HDFC credit card, after that paying cash they given my order to me, but bcs of this my physically harassment as well as my money for credit card loan purpose 350 going extra, my transport cost as well as my half day was gon for receiving material, after that the delivered product invoice copy not given , now i dont having any proofs about mobile purchased as well as not having warranty about repairing for mobile.

Required Action against wrong communication to the customer using money 5-6 days after refund made & my Credit card loan interest, my travel cost as well as half day salary total 2000 rs & physically harassment with me Invoice of my product purchased required for future REFERENCE & REPAIRING AS WELL AS SELLING PURPOSE, Proper action against the ECart as well as Flipkart cheating with customer. My money not with me since 26 date this also creating problem to fulfill my family day to day needs
