I booked my bike from IRCTC dehradun to buxar(bihar) in upasana express(12328) on 23/05/15 as a luggage. The bike was loaded in the train which i checked myself but it was not unloaded on buxar railway station.It’s been 8 days and i can’t seem to find a way to locate it. The railway staff is rude as hell. They say that they don’t have any idea as when the bike would arrive at the destination. luggage id-501177
