I ordered a new motorola motoG 2nd generation from flipkart.com on 25 sep and made 13000 payment for it online by credit card. We received the parcel on 29 sep but when we opned it , there was a LUX SOAP in it.Not the phone. we were shocked and registered a complaint on phone and also many mails were sent but they only give assurance and there is no information about the phone and their response isbpathetic. they have never called us.. I mail them everyday and call too.. I have already paid for it but I have not got the phone even after 10 days from delivery date I am attaching screenshots here
I want flipkart to give me the phone , tell me where they lost it and also compensate for the stress that I and my sisters are bearing.
