I had ordered a wrist watch (American Swan) from myntra which got delivered to me at my home on 28th September. When I opened the box I found it broken. I called up Myntra customer care to complain about it and that guy registered my request for a refund. He said the pick-up will be done within 7 days but he did not tell me that the address of my pick-up would not be the address of delivery but will be the default address that is registered on the website. I kept waiting for 7 days but nobody turned up for the pick-up. Then I made a call to myntra again and this time the girl there cancelled the pick-up request and raised a new one and asked me to wait for another 7 days. After 13 days today I call up myntra again for the 5th time to find out what is the issue and I come to know that the pick-up is being scheduled on the default address registered on the site. When I ask peron on the phone to change my addres she gives me another shock and says that myntra does not have a pick-up facility on that address which is (pleaase note) also my delivery address. Its is so absurd that myntra can deliver products on an address but cannot arrange a pick-ups on the same. 3 points I would like to highlight here: 1. The customer care guy I first spoke to should have informed me that the pick-up address is going to be the default address and not the address of delivery of the product ordered. 2. Because of this I have wasted so much of my valuable time staying back at home waiting for the pick-up guy to arrive who never showed up. 3. When a product is delivered to an address then as a customer it is obvious to me that pick-ups will also be available for the ordered product on that address in case of refunds. If not then Myntra should have displayed a message for the same on their site when the product was being ordered. No such message was displayed at the time of product purchase. This has troubled me both mentally and economically and caused me tremendous inconvenience. My money invested in the wrist watch is a complete waste. Making repeated calls to Myntra Customer care isn’t free too. I have stayed back home expecting the pick-up guys arrival cancelling all other important meetings. I feel cheated. Kindly help get my hard earned money back from the cheats. Thank you
1. I want the amount that I paid for the watch in cash and NOT in form of myntra coupons. 2.The value of the coupons I used when purchasing the watch. I also feel like asking for the mobile balance that I have wasted in making repeated calls to the insensitive Myntra customer care but let that be. Just get me back the stuff mentioned in the first 2 points
