I had ordered a SanDisk MicroSD Card 8 GB Class 4 memory card from Flipkart on May 1st 2014. The order no. was OD40501100390. The item was scheduled to be delivered on May 16, 2014. But till now, i have have called / written mails to Flipkart so many times. Everytime I get a response that they will call me back within 8 working hours or will call me back in 1 day or that they will deliver the item within 1 working day. But still I am waiting for the product. If i don’t get the product, its fine. At least they should return my money. i am at lost here. Don’t know what to do.

I would like to have the item delivered to me at the earliest or would like to have back the money. And a genuine apology from Flipkart and a assurance from them that in future no customer will be dealt this way.
