I have bought two laptops of Lenovo from Flipkart in the month of Oct13. Both the laptops are of model no G505S and are under warranty as it had 1 year of warranty. I have been facing overheating issue since the time I bought it. However, the problem intensified in the month of April and I lodged a complaint with Lenovo. Service Center has taken the laptops and as per the report, they are recording around 80 Deg C temp. As per Lenovo Website, normal working temp for model G505s is 35-40 deg C. They are just passing the buck for last 15 days and making me run from pillar to post. They have given 2 reference IDs for my complaints which are IDs 208774509/ 208812899. Clearly they have sold defective product and are not willing to listen. I need full refund of my product. Please help.

Laptop is getting overheated. As per Service Center, temp is around 80 deg C. As per the official webiste of Lenovo, normal working temp for G505s model is 35-40 deg C.

I want the full refund of my money as clearly problem appears beyond the control of Lenovo. They are just trying to shirk their responsibility and are unwilling to co-operate.
