Hello,I have purchased a Moto G(2nd gen) order date 14-09-2014 with IMEI # 353321063140241 Flipcart . I had a problem with my phone on 10-01-2015. I gave it to service at Sri Vinayaka electronics with work order SVE/HYD/10216. they said they have to replace the mother board. I do not understand why will mother board is gone within three months, was it a defective piece . also there is no proper response from the service center. I contacted the moto G service center center several times. they are not providing any date for resolution(Customer Reference number: 150122-024533) Please look into it and revert. Regards

I want some stringent action on these websites who promise false things and cheat people. I want my money back.
