Sir I had frantically tried to purchase the handset Asus Zenfone 5 on the Flipcart big billion day(06/10/2014) but due to there logistics failure i could not buy as the product use to disappear from my cart.I desperately wanted to buy that phone can be seen from the previous order booking history that i booked on 18/08/2014 but since i could complete the transaction i decide to try with another hot product that is Redme 1s but every thing went through than i immediately went on to cancel the order but i could not do it due to the system error on that day also i had to complete the whole process.than very next day i booked the complaint to cancel the order/replacement with Asus zenfone5 when there logistics were all right than they refused to entertain the cancellation stating we are escalating the request to higher executives now this phone has whole lot of technical problems besides being banned from the government organisations please ask them to refund my money.

I wish to get the refund for my Above order for Redme1s phone booked on the big billion day 06/10/2014
