Hi, I have give a order of Moto E (Black) (OD200943362700901800) on 6 Oct 2014 12:22 PM (Big Billion Day Sale) Day. I have made my payment through online internet banking and my payment was completed successfully. they have confirmed my order on 6 Oct 2014 till 6:30 PM. I have regularly checking my order on flipkart website but they have not yet pack my order or ship my order and when I call to their customer care they always told me that we don’t do anything regarding the same. Your complete order will be deliver by 17-Oct-2014. I don’t know why they take this much of 12 days time to deliver my order when the delivery address is in South Delhi. I request to flipkart team that please deliver my order on or before 11-Oct-2014 becasue I will leave Delhi on 11-Oct night and I have ordered this mobile for gifting purpose but they are not taking any responsibility of it. They also told me that you need to check the delivery date before order. This is not our fault. They have not made any reason that why they not ship my order yet (3 Days to go). I think they don’t have the suggested product in their warehouse and already take orders from customer. The same case is happened with my room partner also. He also ordered Moto E Black phone and the same situation is showing in their case.
I want my product to be deliver on or before 11-Oct-2014 and want a strong action against Flipkart for hurting their customers patience and taking advance order and playing with our hard earned money.
